I didn’t choose leadership development by chance—it chose me during one of the darkest times of my life. After surviving two life-threatening bouts with COVID-19, I was forced to pause and reflect. In those moments, one truth became clear: my greatest impact has always come when helping others discover their own.
Through years of leading and mentoring, I found my purpose in guiding professionals—especially managers and emerging leaders—through transformative growth. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when clarity replaces confusion, when purpose drives performance, and when leadership is redefined from the inside out.
One of my proudest moments came when I helped a peer who was ready to give up on his engineering dream. By helping him rediscover his why, he regained focus, executed relentlessly, and is now building innovative software that’s changing lives.
