We firmly believe you will be excited with the product you purchase from OluBoxHub.com. Although we know that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. In these unlikely events, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning the product
For any undamaged or damaged product, simply return it with its included product contents and original packaging along with the receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product , and we will exchange it or offer you a refund based upon the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In an instance that we offer free shipping for delivery. If you return a product for any reason, we will deduct a reasonable cost of shipping from your refund. Or whatever amount it cost us to ship to you initially.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond OLUBOX’s control once it leaves our facilities, OLUBOX’s cannot be heard liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
